Partners in Conservation & Fettuccini Alfredo
Partners in Conservation is a grassroots conservation effort which began in 1994, to enhance mountain gorilla conservation and humanitarian projects in Rwanda. The one hour presentation will include a slide presentation and discussion that will focus on the unique and successful projects in Rwanda which the group is involved in. The presentation will expose the audience to the mountain gorillas, the culture of Rwanda and will highlight the socioeconomic and conservation issues that surround the plight of the gorillas. Products from the Rwandan projects will be displayed. After the presentation a buffet lunch of fettuccini Alfredo, tossed salad and dessert will be provided offering participants a chance to talk informally with the presenter.
