This program offers school groups serving children with special needs, senior citizens and persons with disabilities the opportunity to fish for rainbow trout at Carpenter's Brook with all bait and equipment provided.
School groups/students with disabilities: June 2-June 13 9:30-11:30am
Senior or other disabled groups: June 16-July 25 Tues-Thurs 9:30-11:30am & 1:30-3:30pm.
Please note Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons are reserved for senior or disabled individuals.

The Friends of Beaver Lake are sponsoring an amateur photo contest to capture the beauty and diversity of Beaver Lake. Entries will be judged in the following age groups: 11 & under 12-17 years old 18 & over. Winning entries will be displayed at Beaver Lake from September 8-30.

Explore the history around Onondaga Lake, from its pristine wilderness beginnings to becoming a salt manufacturing center. Hear about the Iroquois fishing camps along the shores of the lake and Turn of the Century theme parks and resorts...when Onondaga Lake known for food, frolicking and a grand old time.
Tours depart from the Salt Museum. 45 seats per tour. Seats are on a first come, first serve basis.

A total body workout including Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates. This program will increase participants flexilbity, teach relaxation & meditation skills and build long lean muscles. Taught by a certified fitness instructor.
Program takes place Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9-10am or 6-7pm near the Griffin Visitor Center.
