$2 per vehicle park admission; Rental rates are $8 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour
Enjoy a leisurely paddle on your own around Beaver Lake. Explore the lake's edge and search for beaver lodges, turtles, herons and osprey. Paddlers may bring their own canoe or rent one from the Visitor Center. ental is on a first-come basis. Canoes will not be permitted to launch after 4 pm. All canoes must be off the lake by 5 pm You must register at the canoe dock. Canoeing is subject to safe conditions and we reserve the right to cancel.
In addition to weekends, the canoe/kayak dock will be open Monday holidays.

July 13: Let’s be Soldiers! Join our military drills and demonstrations. Be a Ste Marie Courier du Bois for an afternoon!
July 20: Crafty Day I: Cornhusk Dolls, Beads and Crafts. Have fun making traditional dolls and games or do some beadwork to wear home!
July 27: Crafty Day II. Help make some bread in the oven and some goodies to sample! Take up the chisel in the woodshop!
Aug 3: Ste Marie Mystery Day: Solve the puzzle by collecting clues from Ste Marie characters and by finding the secret locations around the Mission!
Aug 10: A Priestly Afternoon - Spend an afternoon with Fr. Chaumonot. Make a 17th century Jesuit storyboard and hear some good stories, too!
Aug 17: Pottery and Archaeology Day - Make and decorate a coil pot to take home. Talk with a real archaeologist!
Aug 24: Game Day - Learn Stool Ball, join a nine pins tournament, test your skill in Moulins, run the hoop and other fun activities.
The $5 Adventure Pass will admit children to all seven events. Parents are encouraged to stay, a donation is requested for admission. Children who participate in five of the events will receive an award, those who come for all seven will earn a free pass to Festival of Centuries in September.

Once again, Onondaga County Parks is teaming up with Wegmans to offer this free, sandlot style program of family fun and games. Everyone is encouraged to come out and play childhood classics such as kickball and soccer and to try their hands at newer favorites such as Nerf flag football and Ultimate Frisbee.
Kickball: Aug. 13, 17
Soccer: Aug. 20
Ultimate Frisbee: Aug. 3
Small Soccer: Aug. 24
Nerf flag football: Aug. 6, 10, 27 and 31
Weather permitting, schedule is subject to change.
Activities will take place 1-2pm, Sundays; 6-7pm Wednesdays
All games will be taught and played on the lawn behind the Griffin Visitor Center at Onondaga Lake Park in Liverpool. There is no charge, all equipment will be provided, and someone will be there to set up and get things going. Parents are encouraged to join in with their kids.
