Targeted to the 50 & over crowd but open to everyone, this popular free fitness program takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays near the Griffin Visitor Center. No classes on the following dates 5/26; 7/4; 9/1.

Pre-schoolers, age 3-5, and an accompanying adult will enjoy weekly choose between Thursdays' or Fridays' program explorations of Beaver Lake together. Each week will provide a new opportunity for discovery, hikes, games and crafts.

This five day course is an advanced training experience for kids serious about becoming a lifeguard one day to refine their swim stroke, learn about water safety, and become certified in CPR and First Aid. Open 12-14 year olds. Pre-requisite: Intro to Lifeguarding.
