Everyone is invited to join this free fitness program that takes place on the lawn near the Griffin Visitor Center. Register before any class. Please bring water, sunscreen and small towel to all classes. All fitness levels welcome. Schedule & classes subject to change.

Healthy Monday Class - 8:30-10:00am
Start your week with the Healthy Monday Mile (8:30-9:00am) followed by a total body workout of aerobics, strengthening and yoga. 
Please bring water, hand-held weights (1-5lbs), exercise/yoga mat or towel, broomstick

Tuesdays & Thursdays - LIveWELL Balanced Life Workout - 9-10am
A rejuvenating class that is a true combination of Yoga, Pilates, TAi Chi and Ballet movements to improve flexibility, balance and posture. No class Tuesday, July 4.
Please bring water, exercise/yoga mat or towel

Wednesdays & Fridays- Let's MOVE! - 9-10am
A great workout designed for those who want to be "fit for the next fifty." A combination of low impact Dance and Fitness moves, including Zumba moves, easy to follow sequences, followed by core work and stretches.
Please bring water, weights (1-5lb) exercise/yoga mat or towel

Bad Weather Cancellation: We will cancel class during heavy rains and/or winds for safety reasons. Instructors will call the park one half hour before class starts to notify of cancellation.
