Everyone is invited to join this free fitness program that takes place on the lawn near the Griffin Visitor Center. Register before any class. Please bring water, sunscreen and small towel to all classes. All fitness levels welcome. Schedule & classes subject to change. No class July 2-6.

Mondays & Wednesdays - Total Body Workout - 9-10am
Join us for a total body workout; combining dance and traditional sport aerobics, strength training with hand held weights, balance with Broomstick Ballet, and ending with standing core and calming stretches. 
Please bring water, hand-held weights (1-5lbs) and broomstick

Tuesdays & Thursdays - YOGA Balanced Life Workout - 9-10am
A rejuvenating class that is a combination of Yoga, Core and Balancing poses and movements to improve flexibility, balance and posture. 
Please bring water, exercise mat or towel

Fridays- Zumba Gold Class - 9-10am
A great workout designed for those who want to be "fit for the next fifty." A combination of low impact Zumba moves, easy to follow sequences, followed by core work and stretches.
Please bring water

Bad Weather Cancellation: We will cancel class during heavy rains and/or winds for safety reasons. Instructors will call the park one half hour before class starts to notify of cancellation.
