T’ai Chi Chih is a series of gentle easy to learn movements originated by Justin Stone in 1974, after studying with various masters in Japan, China, and India. Chi is the vital force, the intrinsic energy that flows through the body’s energy channels. Join us, improve your health, and inner calm by circulating and balancing the chi! Class is taught by a certified T’ai Chi Chih instructor.
