This outdoor program by the CNY Observers (www.cnyo.org) will highlight spring constellations and possibly getting a glimpse of Mars. The full moon occurs on April 19, so it will dominate the evening sky and make fainter objects more difficult to view. The Lyrid meteor shower peeks on April 22nd so there is a good chance of observing them. The Lyrids often produce bright meteors with long tails, so some should be visible even with the bright moon.
