Reset your mind, body and spirit. Come outside for a beautiful combination of Yoga and Zen. Begin with deep cleansing breaths, stretch and strengthen with all levels of yoga. Dig your feet into the earth and feel the power and grounding effects of nature as you practice. Class will be complete with a Mindfulness Meditation tuning into our senses in nature. Classes are outdoors, so dress accordingly and bring a mat.
