A great class for complete wellness, this five-week workshop will lead you on a path to a healthy lifestyle for body, mind and spirit. Class will begin with 30 minutes of walking followed by 60 minutes of yoga poses. Bring sneakers, water & mat. Dress in layers for the weather conditions as the class will walk rain or shine. Yoga will be held in Visitor Center. Any missed class can be made up at the instructor’s Baldwinsville studio.
