A complete body/mind/spirit experience! Each class will begin with centering allowing you to turn inward and focus on the experience of the body and breath. Gentle warm-up stretches follow and move into a variety of hatha yoga postures. Postures and holding times will be tailored according to the fitness level of the class. You will leave class feeling balanced relaxed and energized.
