This 75-minute class is taught by a certified yoga instructor and will begin outside the Visitor Center for warm-ups and centering on breath. The participants will then follow the instructor on an easy hike with several pauses at specific locations for standing yoga poses, breathing practice, meditation, and awareness of nature. This class is perfect for all levels, including beginners. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. The class will be rescheduled if it rains.
