Many areas in our yard can become saturated with water after a storm. Although we often see these spaces as weak spots in our landscape, these saturated areas are great opportunities to create rain gardens. During this program, learn the ins and outs of rain gardens. We’ll talk about what rain gardens are and why they are beneficial. We’ll also talk about how to create and design your garden, and how to pick the perfect plants so you have a beautiful garden all season long! Use the rain to your benefit and make your garden’s “weakness” its strength! If time, we will go outside and take a look at some water-loving plants.
