Tuesdays, October 17 - November 21 (no class November 7)

A complete body/mind/spirit experience! Each class will begin with centering allowing you to turn inward and focus on the experience of the body and breath. Gentle warm-up stretches follow and move into a variety of hatha yoga postures. Postures and holding times will be tailored according to the experience level of the class. This class will be held indoors so you will need a mat.
