The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is hosting an all-ages, all-level, all-abilities family-friendly, catch and release fishing event on Onondaga Lake in Onondaga County.
This event is land-based, and no fishing license is necessary to attend and participate. DEC fishing rods are available for participants to use. DEC will also provide corn and worms for bait. DECstaff will be assisting first-time anglers and others who may need assistance.
Pre-registration is not necessary.
