Seek complete wellness and get started on a path to a healthy lifestyle for body, mind, and spirit! A certified yoga instructor will introduce you to five walks each with a different focus. Class begins with a 15-minute introduction walk, followed by 30 minutes of group walking, and wrapping up with 30 minutes of yogaposes indoors. The class will walk rain or shine, so dress in layers for weather conditions and bring a mat.
