A complete body/mind/spirit experience! This 5 week workshop will introduce you to Hatha Yoga.
Each class will begin with centering allowing you to turn inward and focus on the experience of the
body and breath. Gentle warm-up stretches follow and move into a variety of hatha yoga postures. Postures and holding times will be tailored according to fitness level of the class. You will leave class feeling balanced, relaxed and energized. Any missed class can be made up at the instructor’s Baldwinsville studio.
