This 45-minute class will begin just outside the Visitor Center for introduction, warm-ups and centering on breath and follows the certified instructor for a hike on the varied terrain with several YOGA PAUSES on the trail for standing yoga poses, breathing practice, meditation, and awareness in nature. There will be no lying or sitting on the ground so a yoga mat isn't needed on the trail. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. The class will be held in spring conditions from calm winds and sunshine to light rain. The class will be held inside the Visitor Center if there is heavy rain or a thunderstorm. The is a perfect class for all levels including beginners.
