Total Body Workout: Aerobic exercise, functional fitness movements, strength training, flexibility, balance and more. All fitness levels welcome. 

Participants should being water and light weights (1-5 lbs.) and are required to complete a waiver prior to participating. Classes will take place behind the Visitor Center.
